Announcements for Week Ending November 6th, 2005

MIF Series - Adult Forum is underway in the Parish Center, Sundays from 9:00 to 9:45 AM. The next topic, on Sunday, November 6th, is "Living With History," presented by Peter Schmidt. All are welcome.

A Support Group, formed for those who have experienced a loss at sometime meets monthly. Next meeting Monday, November 14th, 11:30 AM, at the City Grill restaurant located at 6464 E. Tanque Verde Road. Please call Peggy Speese for reservations at least three days prior to the meeting.

Calling all parishioners to bring their favorite icons (with your name on the back) to Church this Sunday at 9:45 AM, so they can be carried by the Sunday School children in procession, in honor of the Feast of All Saints at the 10:00 AM Mass.

Mass For Church Unity every Friday at 12:10 PM.

Angel Food Candy Making 2005.
We are at that point on the calendar where St. Michael's parishioners will start making our wonderful English Toffee dipped in chocolate, rolled in toasted macadamia nuts and macaroon coconut, then boxed in a beautiful red and gold metallic printed gift box. Volunteers are needed from November 3rd through November 12th. Volunteer sign up sheets will be available next Sunday. Orders are now being taken for your convenience, an order form is included in the bulletin. Extra forms will be on the ushers' cabinet in the coming weeks. Share the goodness and sweetness of St. Michael and All Angels Church!

lu shots will be available at the Parish Day School - scheduled date in November to be announced. The shots will be administered from 11 AM to 2 PM. Cost is $25 per person, with rebates from providers HealthNet, AEtna Insurance, and Medicare. Please call the church office by Friday, October 28th if interested in particpating.
