A Prayer for Rescue, Recovery, Rebuilding
0 gracious God, we will never understand the sorrows of the world, but by your grace, we will not turn away from them. Cheer and encourage those who labor to help the injured, the homeless, the hungry, and those in despair. Bless and soften the hearts of those who would take advantage of tragedy for their own profit, that they may come to know where true joy is to be found We ask these things in your own most holy Name. Amen.

Update will be late!
Hi, folks. Because I'll be out of town this weekend, I picked up a copy of the church bulletin this afternoon so that I could update the schedule page and this blog / news page. Then I promptly lost the bulletin! So I won't be able to update until Tuesday night. The church office is closed on Monday for Labor Day, but should reopen Tuesday. And of course, you can pick up a paper bulletin at church this weekend.
I apologize for any inconvenience!
