In Christ,

A special thank you to Rick and Milt who filled the storage room with the help of students. The ladies (plus Bob) did a wonderful job filling the pantry and guiding the students in the front of the school. Our endeavor was completely successful.

The Book of Pipes Campaign

The Book of Pipes is a historical listing of those living and deceased who have made a difference in our lives, the community and the world. Each name commemorated will correspond to one of the 2,900 pipes in our American Classic Aeolian Skinner Pipe Organ. Each dedicated pipe will sing continually of the person it memorializes or honors as it also sings the praises of God Almighty. The funds raised go toward ensuring that beautiful music is heard and taught within the walls of St. Michael's Church.

TWO OR THREE PEOPLE ARE NEEDED TO PROVIDE A MEAL FOR 10-15 University students at the Campus Christian Center on Sunday evening, April 27. After 6PM Mass, we serve dinner to the students. This is an easy enjoyable one-time Outreach: Mass, a meal and conversation. For information please call Lynette Emory at 745-2992.

Thanks from Guatemala Project ~ and a reminder it’s not all up
to us.
Thanks to those of you who are contributing to the Project’s “April Madness” fund campaign, and also to those who attended or helped at out 15-year celebration (especially to Robin D., Joyce T. and Steve C. for service “above and beyond”). PLEASE don’t think we are asking parishioners alone to raise $12,000 for the project. The appeal is going out widely beyond the church, and two of the initial larger donations were from the general community (totaling $700). Your generosity forms the donation base and inspires others, but all of us have many ways to share our treasure, and we simply hope you will pass a small part to the Guatemala Project. Ideally, we’d like to receive $2 each from 6,000 people, but since that’s not possible, we depend upon a few major donors and many “any amount” champions. Again, humble thanks. Ila
